All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at eloymorin33@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”

If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly. However, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.


Temperature Disclaimer

Some products may be sensitive to heat. While we take precautions (including protective packaging when needed), we are not responsible for:

  • Melting or texture changes during transit
  • Weather-related damage after shipment

Refund Eligibility
